This is the newest BBQ experience on the VANE Rooftop terrace: an experience of flavor, ambiance and the magic of gathering under the stars.

The plancha grill is originating in southern Spain "a la plancha" and will be the new trend of 2026. You can use the Grill ring year-round!

Above the bustle of the city, on a spacious rooftop terrace, friends, colleagues, and family gather. It's the ideal setting for a delicious get-together. The air is filled with the sound of cheerful conversation, the sloshing of ice-cold drinks, and the gentle breeze that makes you forget the city offices for a moment.

At the center of it all, the plancha takes pride of place; the beauty of the plancha lies in the interaction. Guests can choose their favorites and watch as they are cooked to perfection on the spot. Fish fillets cook quickly and retain their moisture, while vegetables develop a light caramelization that brings out their natural sweetness. A pinch of sea salt here, a squeeze of lemon juice there, and the dishes are ready to be served.
